Alexa Bablusha
Senior Investment Analyst | CMSA
Alexa is a Senior Investment Analyst at Lipman Burgon, where she focuses on detailed investment analysis, manager selection, portfolio construction and asset allocation.
Working closely with the Director of Investment Research and Chief Investment Officer, Alexa is responsible for delivering and maintaining a strong investment offering across public and private market assets, with a particular focus on debt strategies, private equity and private infrastructure.
Prior to joining Lipman Burgon, Alexa spent more than two years at Macquarie Group within its retail banking sector, managing end-to-end client engagements for asset finance transactions, and developing deep expertise in credit analysis, deal execution and finance structuring.
In November 2025, Alexa was invited to attend the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Investment University held in Tokyo on behalf of Lipman Burgon, which covered a comprehensive list of key investment-related seminars and provided the opportunity to share ideas with global institutional investors.
Alexa holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Economics and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and is pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She is also a registered Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA) with the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
