Deborah is a Private Wealth Adviser at Lipman Burgon, advising multi-generational families on investment strategy, asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer, including through major life transitions.
Deborah brings almost 20 years’ experience in wealth management, with roles spanning Macquarie Bank, Koda Capital and Lipman Burgon, where she has developed a reputation for offering sophisticated advice and building deep client trust.
Deborah specialises in supporting multi-generational private families to design investment strategies aligned to their financial objectives and broader family priorities and aspirations. Her expertise encompasses investment structuring, asset protection, legacy planning and intergenerational wealth transfer. Deborah is especially well-known for advising clients through major life transitions, such as separation, bereavement or succession, by offering clarity, stability and thoughtful planning.
Outside her advisory work, Deborah serves as Treasurer of the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum and is an active member of Collaborative Professionals NSW Inc and the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals. In 2025, she was honoured to win the Women in Business and Finance (WiBF) Award for Achievement in Private Wealth and Superannuation.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and a Master of Financial Planning from UNSW, and is trained in Collaborative Law, which strengthens her work in sensitive family advisory.
