Gráinne is a senior HR executive with a proven track record of building high-performing people functions across some of Australia’s most prominent organisations, including Commonwealth Bank and Deloitte. She combines the strategic perspective of a corporate leader with the hands-on capability of someone who has built people functions from the ground up.
Her expertise centres on talent strategy, leadership development and organisational transformation. Gráinne designs people strategies that align tightly with business goals, and drives the cultural and structural change that delivers lasting, measurable results.
She has also worked extensively in the start-up space, establishing HR functions from inception and developing the frameworks, policies and processes that equip growing businesses with the people infrastructure to scale with confidence. As a DISC-accredited Facilitator, Gráinne brings an evidence-based approach to leadership development and team effectiveness, sharpening how leaders and their teams communicate under pressure and at pace.
