Jason Rademan

Partner, Private Office | CFP®, TEP

Jason is a Partner at Lipman Burgon, working with complex high-net-worth clients, multi-generational families and Family Offices whose needs extend beyond investment management.

Jason brings more than 17 years of experience in wealth management and financial services advisory. A member of the firm’s Investment Committee, Jason possesses a strong interest and deep knowledge across private assets and alternative investments, spanning private equity, private credit, real assets and hedge funds.

His client work focuses on families and family offices with complex needs, including evolving structures, intergenerational transition and the coordination of advice across multiple specialists. He has a particular interest in working with multi-generational families as their wealth and circumstances change over time.

Prior to joining Lipman Burgon, Jason spent six years at Canadian private bank Cidel, managing high-net-worth clients and family offices. He also served as a Tax and Exchange Control Consultant at Zeridium for four years, providing specialist structuring advice to private clients and corporates. That background informs his work with clients navigating multi-jurisdiction tax structuring and migration to Australia.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Jason also holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
