Justin is a Relationship Manager at Lipman Burgon, based in Melbourne, supporting Partners and Advisers in delivering tailored wealth strategies to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin worked as a Small Business Banker at NAB, where he commenced as a graduate and developed his career in a frontline banking role.
Passionate about building a long-term career in wealth management, with a particular interest in investment strategy and the client relationships that sit at the heart of the advice process, Justin values working closely with clients to understand their goals and contribute to outcomes that make a real difference to their financial lives.
Community involvement is central to who Justin is. He has a strong sense of duty and enlisted as a combat soldier in the Israel Defense Forces. He has also served as Program Lead at Mount Scopus Memorial College camps, volunteered with Friendship Circle International and served as a Buddy at Flying Fox. The Founder of the Maccabi Squash Club in Victoria, Justin currently volunteers as Team Leader and Head of Families for Chag in a Box.
In 2023, Justin was selected as one of The Ethics Centre’s 14 Young Ambassadors in Australia for the Banking and Finance Oath. Holding a double degree in Business and Arts from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional, Justin is currently completing a Master of Financial Planning at Kaplan.
