Client Service Lead
Marcus is Client Service Lead at Lipman Burgon, leading the firm’s client service team while also maintaining bespoke relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families.
In this role, Marcus leads the firm’s Client Services team, setting the direction for the client service function and driving improvements in efficiency and collaboration across the business. Alongside this, he manages relationships with complex families to deliver tailored service and exceptional outcomes.
Before joining Lipman Burgon, Marcus completed an internship at Pepper Money ANZ, where he worked directly with department heads to design and build an onboarding program for new joiners, gaining hands-on experience collaborating across teams and turning organisational needs into practical solutions.
Prior to his internship, Marcus worked in the Business Banking division at Commonwealth Bank as a Business Banking Associate, serving as a key point of contact for both relationship managers and SME clients in the $1M–$5M turnover space.

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) from the University of Technology Sydney, where he majored in Finance and completed sub-majors in Business Law and Human Resources. He has since attained an RG146 accreditation in General Deposit Products and passed CFA Level I, continuing his progression through the CFA Program.
