This year’s International Women’s Day theme—Accelerate Action—challenged us to lead with intention, speak with confidence, and lift one another up as we navigate wealth, leadership, and legacy.
On March 12, we gathered for our second Lipman Burgon and Partners Women Wealth and Wisdom event, celebrating the extraordinary women shaping their families, industries, and the future. It was a powerful reminder of the influence we carry—through the decisions we make, the values we instil, and the wisdom we pass on.
We were privileged to be guided by Anne Massey, a dynamic leader whose career spans market research, technology, and executive coaching. As a board chair, CEO, entrepreneur, and executive coach, she has helped leaders embrace transformational change, champion people-centric leadership, and create lasting impact.
Her experience navigating diverse business landscapes offered a unique and powerful perspective on leadership, financial stewardship, embracing adaptability, purpose-driven action and the role of women in shaping the future.
Anne shared invaluable insights on leadership, financial stewardship, and adaptability before being joined by our very own Deborah Harbrow for a fireside discussion. Together, they explored key themes, offering practical strategies and personal experiences that reinforced the power of collaborative leadership.
Each of us plays a vital role in shaping the future—through the way we guide our families, drive impact, and lead with purpose to ensure that the next generation is empowered with wisdom as well as wealth.
As we discussed at the event, change happens in the small, deliberate choices we make every day. And when women come together—not just to celebrate, but to support and take action—the impact is unstoppable.
Thank you to our guests for sharing their personal stories and sparking important conversations.
We look forward to inviting clients, partners and friends to the next Women Wealth and Wisdom event in mid-2025.
